1. Introduction
At GamersHubCA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our premium content, subscriptions, and other digital products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations. By purchasing any product or service from GamersHubCA, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Refund Policy for Premium Subscriptions
2.1 Cooling-Off Period
For all new premium subscriptions, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription during this period, you may request a full refund.
2.2 Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period, subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your current billing cycle, minus a $5 administrative fee.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, after the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis for the unused months, minus a $10 administrative fee. Partial months will not be refunded.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Products
3.1 E-books, Guides, and Other Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products that can be downloaded and accessed immediately, all sales of e-books, guides, and other digital downloads are final and non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective or significantly different from its description.
3.2 Defective Products
If you believe that a digital product you have purchased is defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase with a detailed description of the issue. If we determine that the product is indeed defective, we will either provide a corrected version or issue a full refund at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy for Event Tickets
4.1 Event Cancellation by GamersHubCA
If an event organized by GamersHubCA is canceled, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund, including any processing fees.
4.2 Customer Cancellation
If you need to cancel your attendance at an event:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
4.3 Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team to arrange the transfer.
5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within the specified timeframe for the particular product or service.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, email confirmation, or receipt.
- Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms and Conditions.
- For subscription services, you must not have consumed a significant portion of the content or services during the billing period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your GamersHubCA account.
- Go to the "My Account" section and select "Purchase History."
- Locate the purchase you wish to request a refund for and click on "Request Refund."
- Complete the refund request form, providing all required information including the reason for your refund request.
- Submit your request.

7. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request has been approved, please allow for the following processing times:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
Please note that your financial institution's policies may affect the actual time it takes for a refund to be reflected in your account.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Donations made to charitable causes through our platform
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Products or services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-created content
9. Exceptional Circumstances
